Kastronix Limited is a long established company based in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

Trading as GO Distribution we provide a quality range of SKROSS travel related products for our customers to use 'on the go'. From award winning Travel Adapters and USB Chargers, to other business travel products, we cover the whole of the UK covering diverse markets including the promotional market.

This is an exciting new role, responsible to the Sales Manager, to work in our sales and web/marketing team.

The Role

  • To have full sales and marketing responsibility for all go-distribution products; with the objective of maximizing sales and profit potential.
  • To propose and initiate improvements to meet changing market needs.
  • To be the champion for all products under your control.
  • Developing e-marketing and other marketing activities and social media platforms
  • Liaise with in-house Web designer to keep websites up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy for products.
  • Produce and monitor the implementation of strategic marketing plans; ensuring that stated objectives are met on schedule and within approved budgets.
  • Develop current and future forecasts for individual products.
  • Develop launch plans for new products and line extensions.
  • Gather continuous intelligence on each product's performance; competitors and customer attitudes; proposing appropriate actions as the market environment for a product changes.
  • Developing promotional materials from copy writing to production; present the material and its use at Sales & Marketing meetings; and continuously appraise the material's effectiveness.
  • Provide specific marketing information on areas/products as required for Sales & Marketing meetings.
  • Develop and maintain contact with sales people and key customers through regular field contact.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of the Corporate and Promotional Market
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills and experience
  • Keen interest in new technologies and products
  • You must have good communication and presentation skills and be able to work well within a team.
  • Be confident in managing a product portfolio.

Hours: Full time 39 hours (8.30-5.30 Mon – Thu, 8.30-4.30 Fri, 1 hour lunch unpaid)
Holidays: 20 Days + Bank Holidays
Salary: Dependent on skills / experience
